Janet Louise Schroyer

SCHROYER, Janet Louise Passed away October 18, 2020 at Grandview Hospital. She was born August 8, 1942 to Joseph and Mary (Hugdel) Shepherd in Brookville. Janet was a member of the Church of God in Union. She loved spending time with her family, but also enjoyed going to the casino to play some slots on the rare occasion. Janet is survived by her husband of 54 years, Donald Schroyer, Sr.; children, Donald (Penny) Schroyer, Jr., Ronald (Tara) Schroyer, Michael (Diane) Schroyer, Steven (Mindy) Schroyer; siblings, Art (Shirley) Shepherd, William Shepherd, Peggy Shepherd, Sue Taylor, Judy Kendel; and many loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; and siblings, Betty, Charles, Ronald, Donald, Robert, and Dolores. A visitation will be held 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. with the funeral service to be held at 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, October 22, 2020 at Rogers Funeral Home in New Lebanon. Interment will follow at Arlington Cemetery.
