TAYLOR, Janet Mae, 88, passed away at 9:40am, Friday May 17, 2024 at Vancrest of New Carlisle, OH.
She was born August 11, 1935 to her parents, Lewis and Cleo Lucille (Harp) Kronour. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Morris Clifford Taylor, and 10 brothers & sisters.
Growing up she was raised and worked on her families farm. At a young age she took care of their chickens and learned how to clean them. She was a homemaker where she took care of almost 4 generations of children. She taught us to snap green beans and peel potatoes. She loved to cook. She attended church every Sunday and read her Bible daily. She took time to instill values and morals with every child she cared for. She liked canning food, preparing meals, sing, writing poems, and telling silly jokes. She was very fond of her 3 musketeers candy bar, along with hard tack candies. She watched church programs and loved Steve Harvey’s Family Feud, she simply just loved laughing. She will forever be with us because she has passed down values that will go into future generations. Her sweet soul will forever be missed.
She leaves behind her children Danny Taylor, Brenda Beaumont, Steve Taylor and Cathy Cornett; grandchildren Debbie Holokan, Chris Shannon, Leah Collins, Jessica Joo, April Taylor, Melanie Cornett and Jeremy Cornett; great grandchildren Stephanie McLean, Chelsey Harmon, Alexis Mills, Payton Shannon, Kenna Shannon, Hazel Young, Jaylin Cornet, Brayden Phillips and Sean Schuler; great-great grandchildren, Conner McLean, Emma Beockman, Layla Harmon, TJ Harmon, Elijah Joo, Alannah Joo, Grace Collins, and Ryker Shannon; family, Vanassa Taylor, Jeremy Holokan, Gerald Collins, David Joo, Rachel Duer, Tyler Harmon, Jacob Mills, Tonya Maye, Kairo and Amber McDonald; friends, Linda Tegtmeyer, Marcia Gibbs, and Pastor Rachel from Ginghamsburg and many more.
