Janice A. Phillips

PHILLIPS, Janice A. 75, of New Lebanon, passed away Monday, March 12, 2012. She was preceded in death by her parents, Donald E. and Frances Wagner, and son, Rick Phillips. Janice is survived by her husband of 56 years, Sam Phillips; sister, Dodie (Bob) Davis; brother, Don W. Wagner; nephew, Doug (Jessica) Davis; great-nephews, Reed and Drew; and friends of 64 years, Chuck and Pat Boos. She was the valedictorian of Dixie High School Class of 1955, and a member of the New Lebanon Church of the Brethren. The family will receive friends from 11AM to 1PM on Friday, March 16, 2012 at the New Lebanon Church of the Brethren, 32 S. Church Street, New Lebanon, with the Funeral Service beginning at 1PM. Pastor Bill Walk will be officiating. Burial will follow the service at Trissel Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the New Lebanon Church of the Brethren.
