Jeffery Lin Hoke, 65, of New Lebanon, passed away at his home on Thursday, December 1, 2022. He was
born September 3, 1957 in Dayton, Ohio.
He was preceded in death by his parents Leonard and Louise (McCloud) Hoke and his granddaughter
Holland. He is survived by his former wife, Glenda (Noe) Hoke, and their children, Corey Hoke
(Samantha), Brett Hoke (Aimee), Shawne-Nicole Blackmore (Brad), Todd Hoke, and Drew Hoke
(Sunshine). He also leaves behind his grandchildren Noelle, Nolan, Finn, Hannah, Rowan, Alec, Ryan, and
Aaron. He is survived by his brother Phil Hoke (Karen) and his sisters Kaye Hoke and Lisa Owens (Greg).

Jeff was a lifelong plumber and founder of Hoke Plumbing and Heating. He also worked for several other
companies throughout his life including Enervise Plumbing. He was a Harley-Davidson enthusiast and
enjoyed cruising the Countryside on his motorcycle. Jeff enjoyed spending time with his family and
never missed an opportunity to be present at his grandchildren's sports or events. He looked forward to
his yearly camping trips, with his family, to the State Parks. His other interests included NASCAR,
cooking, baking with his grandchildren and traveling.
Being larger than life, it was hard to miss Jeff. His giant presence was only eclipsed by his enormous
personality and heart. He was always available to anyone who needed help. He gave a great deal of
himself and expected nothing in return.
