Jennie “Ruth” Flaugher

Age 102 of New Lebanon, Ohio went to be with the Lord on October 29, 2024.

Ruth was born in Aberdeen, Ohio on October 4, 1922 to her parents, Jesse & Mary (Perry) Flaugher. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur; 3 brothers; and 3 sisters.

Ruth is survived by 3 nieces, Cheryl Lee, Barbara Tomblin, and Belinda Dolan (Jim); 3 nephews, Bill Shelton (Georgejean), Albert Grierson (June), and Harold Flaugher(Sheilah).

She also leaves behind many friends with special mention Terry and Faye Smith, Tim Heeter, Rich Whitman and Mary and Sam Warner.

Ruth enjoyed feeding her birds and squirrels. She was a member of First Baptist Church of New Lebanon. She enjoyed going to church and special events held by friends and church activities. She loved her family and she was a kind and generous lady. She was loved and will be missed by everyone.:

Visitation will be held from 10-11am with funeral service to begin at 11:00am on Wednesday, November 6, 2024 at Rogers Funeral Home in New Lebanon. Family and friends are welcome to meet at Charter Oak Cemetery in Aberdeen, Ohio at 3:30pm on Wednesday for a graveside committal service. www.RogersFuneralHomes.com
