Joan C. (Fries) Ault

AULT, Joan C. (Fries) Age 87, of Columbus, formerly of Dayton, passed away peacefully Wednesday, April 25, 2018. She was born September 25, 1930 in Dayton, to the late Harry J. and Clara Fries. Joan was preceded in death by her parents; husband, James D. Ault; daughter, Deborah Sue Ault; and sisters, Florence Saul, Grace DeHaven, Mary Jane Stocker, Susanne Shoemaker, and Rita Marzetta. She is survived by her son, David J. Ault and wife, Tina; daughters, Dori J. Hein and Donna J. Harman with husband, Eric; grandchildren, Jim Ault, Bradley (Liz) and Corey Hein, and Ryan, Jordan, and Ethan Harman; great grandchildren, Addison Ault and Parker Hein; and many nieces and nephews. A visitation will be held Saturday, May 12 from 10AM to 11:30AM at ROGERS’ FUNERAL HOME, Trotwood with a memorial service to begin at 11:30AM. In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to the Alzheimer's Association, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Ohio Health Hospice.
