Joan Roberta Combs

COMBS, Joan Roberta Age 87, of Laura, joined her husband, Jack, in Heaven on Thursday, April 4, 2019. Joan was preceded in death by her loving husband of 45 years, Jack Combs; father, Robert Geiger, Jr.; mother, Mildred Geiger; grandparents, Robert, Sr. and Lillian Geiger; and aunt, Lucille Blackwell. She is survived by her daughters, Lili Combs and Lisa (Rick) Clapp; and granddaughter, Olivia Capozzoli. Joan attended Miami Jacobs and became an administrative assistant. She was a very talented artist who enjoyed painting and crafts. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who will be dearly missed. There will be a graveside service Tuesday, April 9, 2019 at 11AM at Woodland Cemetery, Dayton. Contributions in Joan’s memory may be made to Alzheimer’s Association, Miami Valley Chapter, 31 W. Whipp Road, Dayton, 45459.
