Joe H. Little, born on May 6, 1949, in Dayton, Ohio, and passed away peacefully at home on January 7, 2026 with his children. He dedicated nearly 35 years of his life working at Dayton Freight, showcasing his commitment and work ethic.

A proud veteran, Joe served in the US Army during the Vietnam War, a reflection of his dedication to his country. In addition to his military service, he was an avid marksman with a deep love for all things guns and found joy in reading.

Joe is survived by his sister, Wanda; brother, Frank (Anita); children, Casey (Eric) Little, Ben (Abby) Little, and Jake Little; daughter-in-law, Shelley Grubb; grandchildren, Danielle, Austin, Lane, Cole, Reed, Harrison, and Griffin; grand dog, Maizy; great-grandchildren, Ella and Owen; and many more family members and friends who cherished him dearly.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ward and Virgie Little; son, David Grubb; and siblings, Reva, Ward Jr., and Jack; and brother-in-law, LT.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 15, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at Rogers Funeral Homes, 324 W Main St, New Lebanon, OH 45345. The funeral service will begin at 12:30 PM. Burial will follow at Sugar Grove Cemetery. www.RogersFunralHomes.com
