John Allan Fogle, age 77, of Farmersville, Ohio, passed away at his residence on July 30th, 2022. Born September 7, 1944 in Dayton, Ohio to the late Lawrence and Dorothy (Patchen) Fogle. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Judy, his two brothers, David and Jerry, his sister, Millicent Davenport and nephew, Joel Craft. He was a 1962 graduate of Miamisburg High School and attended Sinclair College. John was employed at Heapy Engineering as a mechanical engineer until his retirement. He enjoyed researching his family’s genealogy, music and vintage vehicles. John was an avid golf fan and loved watching Nascar but most importantly he had most pride in his grandchildren and great grandchild. He never missed any event that involved them and would go above and beyond. He was lovingly known as their “Pap”. He will be forever loved and missed. He is survived by his two sons, Eric (Kim) and Aaron (Melissa); grandchildren Aaron (Brooke Laravie), Alexis (Jordan Humphrey), Brock, Olivia and great grandson, Weston Dean; nephew Darryl (Candy) Craft and nieces, Laurie (Jason) Layman and Jeannie (Bernadette L’Insalata) Fogle; great nephews Ethan Craft and Lucas Layman and great niece Brooke Layman. Visitation will be held on Monday, August 08, 2022 from 5:00 to 7:00pm at Rogers Funeral Home in New Lebanon. Memorial service will follow at 7:00pm. www.RogersFuneralHomes.com
