John A. Libecap

LIBECAP, John A. Age 76 of Farmersville, passed away Monday, Aug. 29, 2011 while surrounded by his loving family. John was born on Dec. 15, 1934 to his parents, Paul & Dorothy (Bowman) Libecap in Farmersville, Ohio. He was preceded in death by his parents; and his brother, Robert. Survived by his loving wife, Virginia (Krull) Libecap; son, Scott (Lorna) Libecap; daughter, Ann (Ritchie) Longworth; brother, Floyd Libecap; sister, Sharon (Bob) Miller; grandchildren, Kyle & Josie Libecap, John, Katie, & Kellie Longworth, and Leslie Becraft. Also survived by great-grandchildren, Shelbie, Hannah, & Jacob Becraft, and Jackson Longworth; and many more dear family members and friends. John worked at Dupps for 40 years. He loved hunting, fishing, and was an avid Farmer. He will be missed. Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Thursday. Sept.1, 2011 at Rogers' Funeral Home, New Lebanon, with Pastor Larry Lindstrom officiating. Interment will follow at Preble Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends Thursday at the funeral home from 11:00 AM until the start of the service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Farmersville Fire Association, 207 North Elm St., Farmersville, OH 45325, in Memory of John.
