MILLARD, John H. Age 84, of New Lebanon, went to be with the Lord on Monday June 8, 2015. He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Donna; son, Timothy; daughter; Jill (Jim) Heilman; grandchildren; Kristen, Briana, And Caleb Heilman; great grandchildren; Lucas and Elizabeth; and many more family and friends. John was a member of the Farmersville Masonic Lodge #214. The visitation will be Thursday June 11 from 11AM to 1PM at ROGERS' FUNERAL HOME, New Lebanon. A Masonic service will begin at 1PM with the funeral service to follow. Burial will be at Preble Memory Gardens, West Alexandria. If desired, contributions may be be made in John's memory to Hospice of Dayton, 324 Wilmington Avenue, Dayton, 45420.
