John Moulton

John Moulton, age 81 of New Lebanon, passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 11, 2024, at Ohio’s Hospice of Dayton, surrounded by his loving family.

He was born on November 25, 1942, in Dayton, Ohio, the son of the late Walter D. & Doris (Meyers) Moulton.

John was a retired Scales Mechanic for Fies Scales with over 50 years of service. He enjoyed power lifting and working out in the gym. He also enjoyed fishing and spending time with family and friends.

Preceded in death by his wife Nancy Louise Moulton on August 25, 2020, and by his 3 daughters-in-law Debbie, Rhonda and Rita.

He is survived by his daughter Tammy Moulton, 3 sons John Moulton, Walt Moulton, Andrew Moulton, his brother Walt Moulton and wife Nancy, 4 grandchildren, several great grandchildren as well as numerous other family members and many friends.

A Graveside Service will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, August 21, 2024, at the Arlington Cemetery in Brookville. The family will receive friends from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. (1 hour prior to the graveside services) on Wednesday, August 21, 2024, at the Rogers Funeral Homes, New Lebanon. The funeral procession will leave the funeral home at 1:00 p.m. for the graveside service.
