Joseph "Joe" G. Leonard

LEONARD, Joseph "Joe" G. Age 56, of New Lebanon, passed away peacefully with family by his side on Wednesday, April 30, 2014. He was born January 13, 1958 in Dayton to the late Donald and Lucille Leonard. Joe was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Connie Spahr. He is survived by his loving wife, Charlene; daughters, Tara Leonard, April Leonard, and Beth Adams; grandchildren, Madison, Rilee, Colton, and Chance; step-mother, Goldie Leonard; sister, Joyce (Mike) Phillips; brother, Donnie Leonard; nieces and nephews and many more family and friends. Joe retired from Millwrights Local #1066 and liked to fiddle with cars. He was a friend to everyone, never turned anyone away, and was best known for saying "Life's Good!" There will be a Memorial Visitation from 2PM to 5PM on Sunday, May 4 at ROGERS' FUNERAL HOME, New Lebanon, 324 W. Main St., New Lebanon, 45345, with a Memorial Service to begin at 5PM. Friends are welcome to join the family afterward at the Wolf Creek Rod and Gun Club for some food and fellowship. If desired, contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton or SICSA.
