Joseph E. "Bone Daddy" Slyder

SLYDER, Joseph E. “Bone Daddy” Age 62 of Brookville, Ohio passed away Wednesday, July 27, 2016. He was preceded in death by his son, Joseph Slyder, Jr.; father, Darryll Slyder; brother, Darryll “Pete” Slyder; and sister, Pamela Creech. Joe is survived by his mother, Phyllis Slyder; son, Michael Slyder; grandson, Michael Slyder, Jr.; sister, Pat (David) Smith; brother, James (Bernice) Slyder; special niece, Rhonda Banks; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. Joe worked as a welder at Brookville Roadster for over 20 years. He was also an avid pool player. He will be missed by all who knew him. Visitation will be held Monday evening from 6-8 PM at Rogers Funeral Home in New Lebanon. Graveside service will be Tuesday, Aug. 2, 2016 at Bear Creek-Hillgrove Cemetery.
