Juanita R. Whitmer

WHITMER, Juanita R. Age 91, passed away October 11, 2018. She had been a life-long resident of Trotwood but spent the last 8 years of her life in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Juanita was preceded in death by her husband of 69 years, Darold Whitmer, Sr. She leaves to mourn her 3 children, Darold Jr. and his wife, Barb, Lisa Fryman and her husband, Willy; and Eric Whitmer and his wife, Jan; grandchildren and great grandchildren, which she adored, Benjamin and his children, Maddie and Jack, Stephen and his wife, Kendell and their children, Jack and Launa, and last but not least, Brandon and his husband, Robbie. In addition to her immediate family, Juanita has 3 surviving sisters and 1 brother, and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friend, Karen Sisco and her husband, Jeff. Juanita and Darold thought of Karen as their second daughter, and Jeff as a son-in-law. Per her request, there will be no services. There will be a private family viewing for the immediate family with cremation to follow.
