Kathy S. (Spangler) Polston

POLSTON, Kathy S. (Spangler) Age 52, of New Lebanon, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 20, 2015. She was born November 18, 1962 in Dayton to her parents, Lewis and Lucille (Canterbury) Spangler. Kathy was preceded in death by her husband, John and father, Lewis. She is survived by her mother, Lucille; children, John Polston, and TJ and Kim Moll; granddaughter, Marie Polston; sisters, Brenda Still and Patricia Bailey; friend, Jamie Hubbard; and nieces, nephews, family, and friends. The Visitation will be Wednesday, May 27 from 10 to 11AM at ROGERS’ FUNERAL HOME, New Lebanon. The Funeral Service will begin at 11AM with Pastor Stephen Betts officiating. Burial will follow the service at Royal Oak Memorial Gardens, Brookville.
