Kenneth Earl Hoke

HOKE, Kenneth Earl Age 60 of New Lebanon, passed away Tuesday, August 25th, 2020 at his home. He was born in Middletown, Ohio on December 14, 1959 to his parents, Julian and Elizabeth (Holland) Hoke. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his step-mother, Wanda (Stump) Hoke. Ken is survived by his wife of 18 years, Rita Hoke; 2 sisters, Brenda (Ken) LaRue, and Patricia “Lynn” (Donny) Gilvin; mother-in-law, Kathleen Craycraft; step-sons, Shawn, Mark, and Donald Wise, and Nick and Nate Crossman; also, numerous grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. Ken was a veteran of the U.S. Army and served as a vehicle mechanic in Germany before being diagnosed with MS. In his younger years he enjoyed biking, hiking, and camping. He then worked in the heating and air industry as a career. A graveside service with military honors will be held at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, September 1st at Trissel Cemetery. Pastor Jerry Carter officiating. Please meet at Rogers Funeral Home in New Lebanon at 12:30 PM in order to go in procession to the cemetery so we all arrive at the same time.
