Kenneth Eugene Ullery

Age 90 of Trotwood, Ohio passed away on Monday, August 4, 2025. He was born on October 9, 1934 to his parents, Russell and Dorothy (Fink) Ullery.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Russell E. and Dorothy (Fink) Ullery; 2 brothers, James and Charles Ullery; Sister, Nancy Ullery, Carol Ullery; Wife and 2 sister-in-laws, Joan Wildenhaus and Patricia Ullery.

Kenneth is survived by his children, Victoria L. Ullery, Leah A. Wolf; grandchildren, Amber (Chris) Wolf and Jon Wolf; special companion of 13 years: Patricia King and her children Tracey King (significant other Kenny Miller) and Terri Jones; sister-in-law, Jackie Dahlgren; nieces, Rhonda (Joseph) Kramer, and Andrea Ullery Graves; nephews, Rodney (Tammy) Ullery, Robbie (Lorrie) Ullery, Craig (Jennifer) Ullery, and Brent Ullery; many great nieces and nephews; and steam engine, church, and other friends from over the years

Kenneth had a profound, engaging, and active faith with God. He consistently helped those he found in need; at times risking his own financial and personal safety. He owned and operated steam engines and old tractors and enjoyed sharing this passion with others. Kenneth volunteered at the Salem Church of God and Northmont FISH. He enjoyed playing cards throughout his life; most recently euchre at the Englewood YMCA and Englewood Heck Center.

He dedicated 39 years working for GM Inland plant as a machine repairman while also fabricating his own parts for his steam engines and tractors. He also farmed, tilled gardens, and mowed grass around Trotwood for decades. Kenneth unequivocally loved ice cream, donuts, cookies, and peach pie and any other dessert that had any levels of sugar. Kenny actively loved his family and friends and socializing at the Happy Corner Church of the Brethren Community dinners on Monday evening.

Visitation will be held from 11am-1pm with funeral service to begin at 1:00pm on Friday, August 8, 2025 at Salem Church of God. Pastors Steve Southards and Richard Triplett officiating.
