Kerry E. Shank

SHANK, Kerry E. Age 41 of Trotwood, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, March 15, 2017. He was born in Dayton, Ohio on March 25, 1975. He was preceded in death by his mother, Joan; and is survived by his father Ken; and loving wife of 13 years, Monica Shank; daughter, Trisha (Heath) Haliburton; son, Andrew Jordan-Henderson; granddaughter, Taniyah Haliburton; brother, Kenny (Carrie) Shank; sister, Kenda (Jeff) Jefferson; his dog, Hershey; and numerous nieces, nephews, family members and friends. Kerry was a graduate of Trotwood Madison High School in 1994. He was a dedicated Firefighter for Trotwood and Harrison Twp. Kerry loved sports, including playing golf, and was an avid Florida State fan. He was also a former employee of Trotwood Foodtown and Meijer Distribution Center. He will be sorely missed by his friends and family. A memorial visitation will be held from 4-7 PM with memorial service to follow at 7:00 PM on Wednesday, March 22, 2017 at Antioch United Methodist Church, 10301 S. Wolf Creek Pike, Trotwood, Ohio 45426. Pastor Rick Gutheil will be officiating. A private burial will take place at Cedar Hill Cemetery the following day.
