McDaniel, Leonard E. “Bug” Jr. Age 62, of Eaton passed away unexpectedly on Friday, May 5, 2017. He was born in Dayton, Ohio on February 16, 1955 to his parents, Leonard E. McDaniel Sr. and Edna Faye (Hall) who precede him in death along with his step-mother, Retha McDaniel; and uncle, Mark McDaniel. He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Cindy L. McDaniel; daughters, Jamie McDaniel and Dorothy Cartwright; and Jason Morgan, who he raised as his own son; grandsons, Timothy Logan and Bishop Michael Cartwright, and Monroe Achilles McDaniel; step-grandson, James Morgan; brothers, Lynn (Cheryl) McDaniel, Mark McDaniel, and Bruce (Krystal) McDaniel; sister, Kim (Mike) Stephens; aunt, Tonia McDaniel; cousin, Toni McDaniel; and many beloved family and friends too numerous to list. Leonard grew up in Crossville, TN. He was Owner-Operater of LMD Trucking before becoming disabled. He loved spending time with his family, especially his grandsons. Leonard loved "tinkering" on old cars, playing cards and listening to classic rock music. A visitation will be held on from 5-7 PM with family and friends to share memories for the service which follows at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, May 9, 2017 at Rogers Funeral Home in New Lebanon.
