EDER, Leslie A. “Les”

Age 68 of New Carlisle, passed away on Monday, September 19, 2022. He was born on September 19, 1954 to his parents, Richard and Janice Eder. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, Leslie D. Eder and Grace Grammer and Royal and Estelle Greene; nieces, Ashley, Brandi and Christin Mathews; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and good friends.

Les is survived by sisters, Chris Ekler, Jenni Eder, Joni (Greg)Mathews, and Sherri (Tony) Arbisi; nephews, Josh (Lesley) Phillips and Kyle Mathews; nieces, Hannah Eder, Olivia Ekler and Kaitlyn Mathews; great nieces, Alexus and Natalie; great-great niece, Everlee; fur buddy, Bob; and many cousins and friends.

Les enjoyed Harley’s, the Sturgis bike rally’s, charity rides, custom cars and bikes, auto racing, the Dayton Gems, Bombers and Tornados hockey, concerts and WTUE events, and road-trips to NASCAR events. He spent the majority of his career working in the auto paint and refurbishing industry and also taught auto body at MVCTC and GCCC as well as many auto trade conventions nationwide. Les was the best big brother and uncle we could’ve ever asked for, he will always be loved and greatly missed by us all. Till we meet again.
