Lillian L. (Loper) Tobias

TOBIAS, Lillian L. (Loper) Age 90, of New Lebanon, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Monday, November 23, 2015. Lillian will be remembered most for her loving and caring nature, her beautiful smile, and her overwhelming love for her family. Lillian was preceded in death by her husband, Budrow E. Tobias; parents, Franklin and Ruth Loper; brothers, Frank, Harold, and Paul Loper; and 2 children, Budrow Tobias, Jr. (Sandy) and Kathy Sholly (John). She is survived by her children, Cynthia Eby, Mike Tobias (Carolyn), Tim Tobias, James Tobias (Tiffani), Janet Burton (Dave), and Sandy Tobias. Lillian loved her grandchildren: David (Christy), Don (Amy), Dan, Rob (Tracy), Angie, Mendy (Bryan), Becky (Derrick), Johnny (Kelcie), Jeff, Andy (Brittany), Rachel (Pat), Kevin (Jennifer), Sean, Brett, Tanner, Drew (Brook), and Alicia (Nick); 19 great grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild. Lillian was long-time member of Slifer’s Presbyterian Church. Visitation will be Friday, November 27 from 5-8PM at ROGERS’ FUNERAL HOME, New Lebanon. The funeral service will be Saturday, November 28 at 10AM at Slifer’s Presbyterian Church, 2999 S. Clayton Rd, Farmersville, 45325. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Slifer’s Presbyterian Church or to Hospice of Dayton.
