Linda Baker

Linda K. Baker, 70, passed away peacefully on August 29th, 2026. She was born on October 26th, 1955, in Whitesburg, Kentucky, to Janice and Rudene Hatton.

Linda was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend. Above all else, she loved her family and treasured the time she was able to spend with them. She enjoyed playing board games, shopping, cooking, making her famous Potato salad, and making memories with the people she loved.

One of Linda’s greatest joys was spending time with her granddaughter, Kaila. The two shared many special memories together, including going shopping and attending a Travis Tritt concert. These moments reflected Linda’s love of making memories and enjoying life alongside her family.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents, Janice and Rudene Hatton, and her sister, Jenny Hatton.

She is survived by her children, Angela, James, and Johnny; granddaughters Kaila and Brittany; and her great-granddaughter Brooklynn, along with extended family and friends who will cherish the memories they shared with her.

Linda will be remembered for the love she had for her family, the time she spent with those closest to her, and the memories she created throughout her life. Her love and presence will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
