Linda Diane (Mccullough) James

JAMES, Linda Diane (McCullough) Age 59, died Tuesday, February 5, 2013 at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio. She was a charismatic, loving, strong and determined fighter who held on for nearly 2 years while battling cancer. She was best known to be a wonderful mom and grandmother. She has moved on but will continue on in our thoughts and hearts and will continue living on through her inspiration and guidance from the many people that she has impacted through her years. She was preceded in death by her parents Richard and Carol (Williams) McCullough; and brother Mike McCullough. Linda is survived by her two sons-Zachary and wife Kathryn of Englewood, Ohio, and John Michael and wife Heather of Union, Ohio; two grandchildren Madelyn Elizabeth and Noah Zachary; sister Terri McCullough; and lifelong friend Karen Winkelmann. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, Feb. 9 2013 at Rogers' Funeral Home in Trotwood, Ohio. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 7:00 PM Friday evening at the funeral home. Interment will be held at Polk Grove Cemetery in Vandalia, Ohio. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Montgomery County Animal Shelter (6790 Webster Street, Dayton, Ohio 45414) in the name of her beloved dog, Georgy.
