Louise S. Lambert

LAMBERT, Louise S. Age 96 of Dayton, passed away Tuesday, January 9, 2018. She was born in Monticello, KY on February 19, 1921 to her parents, Richard F. & Florence J. (Jones) Shearer who have preceded her in death along with husband of 52 years, Elmer; and brother, John Shearer. Louise is survived by her son and his wife, Kenneth & Sherry Lambert; and grandson and his wife, Kristopher Steele & Melissa Lambert. Louise earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Eastern Kentucky University and worked as an elementary school teacher in Dayton Public Schools for 25 years. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Kettering and was a pioneer missionary along with her husband Elmer. Louise enjoyed playing piano and organ for several local churches. She will be dearly missed. A graveside service will be held at 2:30 PM on Monday, Jan. 22, 2018 at Glen Haven Memorial Gardens, 8200 West National Road, New Carlisle, Ohio 45344.
