Loveda S. Osborne

OSBORNE, Loveda S. Age 89 of Dayton, passed away Tuesday, June 18, 2019. She was born on March 9th, 1930 in Chavies, KY to her parents, John & Nanna Lou (McKnight) Sandlin. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Osborne; and son, Dana Osborne. Loveda is survived by her daughter, Sandra (Terry) Bissett; 2 siblings, John and Florence; 3 grandchildren, Aaron Bissett, Jessica (Josh) Long, and Loveda (Matt) Parks; 3 great grandchildren, Eithen, Kennin, and Kaleb; and many other extended family members and friends. As a strong, independent woman, Loveda moved from Oklahoma at the age of 17 to make a better life for herself. She found her home in Dayton, Ohio where she worked at General Motors and eventually retired after 35 years. Her favorite hobby was sewing but most will remember her as a very caring person who put all others above herself. She will be dearly missed.
