RIEGEL, Lowell Age 71 of Trotwood, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, October, 4, 2020. Lowell was born in New Lebanon, Ohio on September 4, 1949 to his parents Clifford Riegel, Sr., and Dorothy (Fiste). In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by step son-in-law, Luke Gosnell. Lowell is survived by his wife of 27 years, Ruth Riegel; daughter, Angela (Lupe); son, Lowell “Ed” (Jennifer); and step-daughter, Rhonda; siblings, Clifford Jr. (Carol), Esther (Merlin), Herb (Honnie), Doug (Tawnya); also, 7 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren; and many more nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Lowell worked for L. Riegel and Sons Construction for many years and eventually retired from App Architecture in Englewood in 2017. He was a founding member of the Regal Brothers and a member of the Greenview Calvary Tabernacle Church. He also volunteered with the City of Trotwood Zoning Appeals Committee. Lowell enjoyed singing, music, his family, and friends. He also enjoyed working and building things in his workshop. A visitation will be held from 11am-12pm with funeral to follow at 12:00pm at on Friday, Oct. 9, 2020 at Rogers Funeral Home in New Lebanon. Burial will follow the service at Cedar Hill Cemetery in Trotwood
