Mount, Lucretia “Lu” nee Blessing

She was called by her Heavenly Father to come home on the 7th day of January 2025. She was born on the 1st day of January 1946, which makes her 79 years old. Lu entered this world with many obstacles ahead of her, but she took them all on and came out on top!

She worked 30 years for General Motors until she retired in 2001. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald Mount; father, Raymond Blessing; mother, Frances Strowbridge; brother, Lawrence Blessing; nephew, Lawrence Blessing II; niece, Debra Kay; and her friends, Christina Adams, Patty Smith, Mildred Lawson; and her dog, Queeny.

She is survived by her sister, Doris Blessing; nephews, David (Kathy) Kirchner, and Donald (Corinna) Kirchner, and Glenn (Stephanie) Blessing; nieces, Teresa Kirchner, Patricia Elanau, Holly Leveck; and many cousins far and near.
