Margaret A. (Harmeyer) Carson

CARSON, Margaret A. (Harmeyer) Age 80, of Dayton, unexpectedly passed away on Saturday, August 17, 2013. Margaret was born on December 7, 1932 in Dayton, to the late Harry and Ethel Harmeyer. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Estill Carson; and sons, James, Raymond, and Michael Carson. Margaret is survived by her daughters, Mary Quinn, Viola (David) Carson, and Jennifer Carson; 8 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren; brother, Paul (Norma) Harmeyer; and many more family and friends. For many years, Margaret worked as a VIPS at Jane Addams Elementary School in Dayton. She loved to crochet; however, her kids and grandkids gave her the most enjoyment in life. The Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 21 at ROGERS' FUNERAL HOME, Trotwood from 4PM to 6PM. The Funeral Service will begin at 12 Noon on Thursday, August 22 at the funeral home with Pastor Doug Criswell, officiating. Burial will follow at Bear Creek-Hillgrove Cemetery, Dayton.
