AKER, Marguerite (Caden) Age 104 passed away on Thursday, May 4, 2017. She was preceded in death by her husband of 66 years, Bill. She is survived by her brother, Fred (Bea) Caden; three daughters and one son-in-law, Janet (Neal) Weaver, Virginia Moore, and Roberta Sanders; 6 grandchildren, Robert Weaver, Daniel Weaver, Alan Moore, Jennifer Moore, Crystal (Robert) Mellon, and Danny Sanders; 6 great grandchildren, Eric and Bret Mellon, Miranda and Damien Sanders, and Nathan and Allyson Weaver. Marguerite was a member of the Eastern Star Harvest Chapter. The family will receive friends from 11am – 12pm with Easter Star & funeral service to follow at 12:00 pm on Tuesday, May 9, 2017 at Rogers Funeral Home in New Lebanon. Interment will follow at Royal Oak Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton in memory of Marguerite.
