Marthann "Mert" Mendenhall

MENDENHALL, Marthann “Mert” Age 90 of Trotwood, passed away Sunday, September 8, 2019. Mert was born in Trotwood, Ohio on December 25, 1928 to her parents Russell L. & Irma (Mannier) Mendenhall who preceded her in death along with 2 brothers, William and Paul; sister, Mary Lou; and nephew, Joseph Keith Mendenhall. Mert graduated from Trotwood Madison High School in 1946. She enjoyed playing basketball and was active in her Womens Bowling League when she was younger. She also enjoyed traveling and the companionship of her dog, Goldie. She retired from Dayco Corporation after many years as a Secretary. Mert also retired as a Dispatcher for the Trotwood Police Department. She will be dearly missed. Services are currently pending. www.RogersFuneralHomes.com
