Age 76, of Dayton, passed away peacefully at home with her loved ones on Thursday, February 23, 2023. She was preceded in death by her parents, Bobby & Alice Scroggy; husband, Marion Birt; son, Mark Birt; and brother, Bobby Scroggy, Jr.

Mary is survived by her son, Jon Christopher Birt; daughter, Robyn (Sam) Feeman; sister, Patricia Benda; brothers, John (Barbara) and Michael (Paula) Scroggy; 7 grandchildren; and 10 great grandchildren.

Mary was a long-time employee at Postal Family Credit Union and Licenses STNA. She was an avid clown collector who loved her family and cared for others.
