Mary Louise (Bromagen) Borton

BORTON, Mary Louise (Bromagen) Age 68, of Trotwood, fought a courageous battle with cancer until Sunday, December 13, 2015 when she passed peacefully surrounded by her family. She was born March 30, 1947 in Bath County, KY to her parents, George and Lyda (Hart) Bromagen and was the oldest of three children. Mary was preceded in death by her father, George; and step-father, Homer Reich. She is survived by her mother, Lyda; loving husband of 46 years, Bill; daughters, Amy (Eddie) Edwardson and Ginny (Tyron) Van Spall; grandsons, Johnathan, Benjamin, and Matthew; sister, Nancye Campbell; brother, Larry (Carolyn) Bromagen; and many beloved family and friends. Mary retired from Dave Dennis Chrysler Jeep and was a member of Trotwood United Church of Christ, which brought her much joy and peace. She also enjoyed reading, spending time with her family camping, and traveling. The visitation is Saturday, December 19 from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm, at ROGERS’ FUNERAL HOME, Trotwood. The funeral service will begin at 3:00 pm with Pastor Larry Ganger officiating. A small gathering will follow the funeral service at the Trotwood United Church of Christ.
