Mary "Maxine" Cook

COOK, Mary "Maxine" Age 90, of Brookville, passed away on Monday, March 31, 2014. She was preceded in death by her parents, Vearl and Naomi Reck; husband, Dwight Cook; daughter, Deborah Cook; and Brother, Herbert Reck. Maxine is survived by her children, David Cook, Marty Cook, and Rebecca (Elden) Young; grandchildren, Jennifer Young, Jamie (Laura) Young, Doug Cook, and Jason Cook; great-grandchildren, Zachary, Scott, and Paige; and sister, Ruby Eudy. There will be a Graveside Service on Monday, April 7 at Gettysburg Cemetery, Gettysburg, Ohio.
