Mary Alice Geist

Age 73 of Dayton, passed away on Friday, April 18th, 2025. She was born in Dayton on December 29, 1951 to her late parents, Harold & Virginia (Hensley) Geist.

Mary is survived by her sisters, Gail and Paula Geist; brother, Stan (Karen) Geist; nieces, Sara & Amy (Chris Yearwood) Geist; and many more family members and friends.

Mary was a 1970 graduate of Trotwood-Madison High School. At the age of 14, Mary started working at Maria Joseph and continued in the healthcare field throughout her career. She was a dedicated employee of Good Samaritan Hospital as she worked as an ICU aide and office worker for 45 years. She will be deeply missed.

A graveside service will be held at 11:30am on Wednesday, April 23rd, 2025 at Arlington Cemetery in Brookville. In lieu of flowers, donation may be made to the American Heart Association or the Kidney Foundation of Ohio in memory of Mary. www.RogersFuneralHomes.com
