Mary S. Holderman

HOLDERMAN, Mary S. Age 101, of New Lebanon, went to be with the Lord, Saturday, July 21, 2018. She was born July 29, 1916 in Ellwood City, PA to the late John and Michelina Marrapese. Mary was preceded in death by her parents; husband of 42 years, Lester; 3 brothers; and 2 sisters. She is survived by her sons, Charles (Janet), Mike (Bonnie), and Chris (Brenda); grandchildren, Angela (Scott) Lucas, Jordan (Jessica), Joe (Marcy), Katie, Andrew, Zara, Dylan, and Katie (Bob) Sattler; 7 great grandchildren; and many more family and friends. Mary was a proud veteran of the US Army who served during World War II, owned and operated Mary’s Pizza in New Lebanon for 30 years, and was a member of Precious Blood Catholic Church. The family will receive friends Friday, July 27 from 6-8PM at ROGERS' FUNERAL HOME, New Lebanon. The Funeral Mass will begin at 10AM on Saturday, July 28 at Precious Blood Catholic Church, 4961 Salem Ave, Dayton, 45416 with Father Tim Knepper presiding. Burial will follow at Trissel Cemetery, New Lebanon. Contributions in Mary's memory may be made to Precious Blood Catholic Church or to Ohio's Hospice of Dayton.
