Mary Edna Marlow

MARLOW, Mary “Edna” Age 90 of Trotwood, Ohio went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, January 11, 2017. Edna was born in Clairfield, Tennessee on March 11, 1926 to her parents Jake & Amanda (Johnson) Hatfield who precede her in death, along with her husband, Virgil; son, Rick; and grandsons, Tom, Randy, and Timmy Marlow. Edna is survived by her children, Don (Billie), Ron (Nancy), Jim (Pat), Brenda (Dean) Gabbard, Jerry (Jo-Ann), Scott, Dale, and special daughter, Katrina Hollon. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren, 9 great-great grandchildren; and a host of family members and friends, which include her nieces and nephews who affectionately called her “Aunt Tootsie.” For over 35 years Edna cared for and touched the lives of over 500 foster kids. She was a longtime member of Grace Baptist Church. She will be dearly missed. Visitation will be held from 4-7 PM Monday evening at Rogers Funeral Home, 110 W. Main St., Trotwood, Ohio 45426. Funeral Service will be 10:00 AM Tuesday, Jan. 17, 2017 also at the funeral home. Pastors Dan Kincer & Donnie Smith will be officiating. Interment will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery.
