Mary M. O'Connor

O’CONNOR, Mary M. Age 76 of Trotwood, Ohio passed away on Monday, April 30, 2018. Mary was born in Jackson, KY on November 1, 1941 to her parents, Ed & Ethel (Stamper) Morris who have preceded her in death along with her husband, William O’Connor in 2002. Mary is survived by her son, Samuel S. O’Connor and his wife, Michelle; daughter, Kara E. O’Connor; sisters, Edith Southers of Jackson, KY, Anna Morris of Trotwood, OH, and Barbara Gross of Jackson, KY; grandson, Alexander O’Connor of Miamisburg, OH; and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and a host of friends. Mary earned her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Kentucky and taught language arts for 30.97 years at Trotwood Junior High School. She enjoyed reading and most needlecrafts. Mary will be missed. Visitation will be held Thursday May 3, 2018 from 5-8 PM at Union Road Pentecostal Church, 1101 N. Union Road, Dayton, Ohio 45417. The funeral service will begin at 1:00 PM Friday, May 4, 2018 also at the church. Interment will follow the service at Cedar Hill Cemetery.
