Age 42, Of New Lebanon Ohio passed away on Monday, July 17, 2023.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Richard Doles of Brookville, Ohio. His grandmother Florence Collins of Vandalia, Ohio.

Survived by his mother, Sara Collins of Brookville Ohio, Father, David Collins of Vandalia, Sister, Jennifer Collins of Brookville, Ohio, Niece Chloe and Nephew Caleb. Three (3) sons, Avery Gibson, Christopher Gibson and Dillan Collins. And many other relatives & Special Friends.

Matthew was an avid Ohio State Buckeyes Fan. He loved spending time in the Garage working on projects such as rebuilding high performance BMX bikes. He could lay a mean laser stripe line during his many years of Golf Course Turf Maintenance, Lawn and Landscaping jobs. He loved his trucks and customizing them. In the winter he loved watching Old Clint Eastwood Westerns which is something he watched as a kid with this grandfather.
