Maude B. Dunaway

DUNAWAY, Maude B. Age 87, of Trotwood, went to be with the Lord on Sunday November 19, 2017. She was born July 8, 1930 in Carter County, Kentucky to the late Gus Kiser and Elizabeth (Roy) Shelton. Maude was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Dunaway; daughter, Kimberly Dunaway; and brothers, Champ, Karl, and Huff Kiser. She is survived by her daughter, Judy (Bob) Ryle; son, Craig Dunaway; three grandsons, Mike, Matt, and Ethan; five great grandchildren; and brother, Dan (Erma) Kiser. Maude attended Crestview Baptist Church when she was able and retired from Elder-Beerman after 14 years of service. The family would like to give a special thank you to Maude’s neighbor, James Walker, for the kindness and assistance he gave to her. A visitation will be held Friday November 24 from 11AM to 12PM at ROGERS’ FUNERAL HOME, Trotwood. The funeral service will begin at 12PM with Pastor Donnie Smith officiating. Burial will follow at 1PM at Dayton National Cemetery, Dayton. If desired, contributions in Maude’s memory may be made to Hospice of Dayton, 324 Wilmington Ave., Dayton, 45420.
