Michael Dean Shafer

Shafer, Michael Dean 60, of Englewood, passed away on Tuesday, November 16, 2021 at his home. He was born April 20, 1961 in Dayton to Helen and Jack Shafer. Michael is survived by his children, Michael (Meredith) Shafer, Josh Shafer; father, Jack Shafer; granddaughters, Haili Shafer, Lacy Shafer; siblings, Karen (John) McConnel, Susan (Tom) Boyer, David (Beth) Shafer; lifetime friend, Greg Mills; and many nieces, nephews, and other friends. He was preceded in death by his mother. Visitation for Michael will be held on Monday, November 22, 2021 from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Rogers Funeral Home in New Lebanon, with the funeral service to be held at 12 p.m.
