Michael Stallman

Age 71 of Trotwood, passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 21, 2024 at Ohio's Hospice of Dayton. He was born on July 17, 1953 in Dayton, Ohio to his parents, George & Frances (Loos) Stallman. Michael was preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Jacqueline L. Brown.

He is survived by brother, David G. Stallman, and; 2 sisters, Cathleen F. Koziol, and Teresa Marie and wife Dorothy Oakes; also, niece, Jacqueline L. Fogle.

As a child Mike was a giver and helped his mom with the girls when they were babies. Caregiving continued with his friends proving meals, assistance and laughter when needed. Mike graduated from Trotwood Madison High School in 1971.

He was a highly skilled carpenter, painter, tree trimmer and handy man, creating many happy customers. His favorite: musical artist - Joe Walsh, beer - Strohs, sport - fishing and billiards, leisure - camping, nature and animals. He enjoyed traveling, playing cards, making a camp fire and spending time with family and friends. He was a great son, brother, friend, uncle, Godfather, and a wonderful cook who had a big heart. Mike will be missed by all who knew him.

A graveside burial of cremains will begin at 10:00 am on Tuesday, July 30th at Cedar Hill Cemetery in Trotwood. A Celebration of Life Party will 4:00pm Saturday Aug. 3rd at Grills Tavern. Condolences may be expressed online at: www.RogersFuneralHomes.com
