Milton E. Rader

RADER, Milton E. Age 97 of New Lebanon passed away Sunday, January 3, 2021. He was born in Springfield, Ohio on October 11, 1923 to his parents, William Michael & Jessie (Snyder) Rader. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara J. Rader; brother, Merle Rader; and sister, Letha McClendon. Milton is survived by his son, Michael (Kathy) Rader; daughter, Melinda (Larry) McClure; brother, Billy (Norma) Rader; grandchildren, Jenny (Mike) Rader, John (Stacy) Rader, and Austin (Kea) McClure; great grandchildren, Maxyne, Noah, and Avery Rader, and Sadler and Silas McClure; and numerous other extended family members. Milton was a proud veteran of the U.S. Navy and service in WWII. He was a school teacher at Patterson Co-op for 20 years and a longtime member of the New Lebanon Assembly of God. Milton enjoyed golfing, woodworking, and especially his grandkids and great-grandkids. A visitation will be held from 5-7 PM on Thursday, January, 7, 2021 at Rogers Funeral Home in New Lebanon.
