Miriam E. Johnson

Age 94 of Brookville, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, September, 14, 2025. She was born in Dayton, Ohio on March 10, 1931 to her parents, Harry & Sarah Ethel (Coy) Flaugher. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother Vernon Flaugher.

Miriam is survived by her son, Thomas and wife Cathy Johnson; daughter, Jana and husband Author Couch; grandchildren, Jordan and wife Leah Couch, Ethan and wife Lauren Couch, Nicole Johnson, and Joanna Johnson; great grandchildren, Noah, Hunter, Addison, Avaleigh, Grayson, Autumn, and Owen; sister, Betty Cummings; and brother, Gene Flaugher. She is also survived by her loving church family, many nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.

Miriam was a member of Englewood Church of Grace and Truth for 60 years and it was her favorite place to be. She loved her family and loved the Lord with all of her heart. She will be dearly missed.

Visitation will be held from 10-11am with funeral service to begin at 11:00am on Monday, September 22, 2025 at the Englewood Church of Grace and Truth, 307 W. Wenger Road, Englewood, Ohio 4322. Interment will follow at Willow View Cemetery. www.RogersFuneralHomes.com
