WARNICK, Nathan E.
Age 60, of Farmersville, Ohio passed away unexpectedly on January 4, 2024 at the Respiratory and Nursing Center of Dayton.
He was born on August 17, 1963 in Dayton, the son of the late Robert C. Warnick Sr. and Betty J. (Shellhammer) Warnick. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister and brother-in-law, Sherri and Jerry Hartings; close cousins, Dale, Ronnie, Rick and Ouida; aunt, Yoshie Looker who just passed on 1-3-24; good friends, George Woodson and Carrie Griffin; and numerous other friends and family members.
Nathan was a caring husband to his loving wife, Cindy, of 29 years. He was a devoted father to Kelsie and (Ilijah “Homer”) Tyler, and Jacki (Kermit) Flory. Loving granddad to Joey (Brynna) and great grandson, Kingston James Ramsey; Jonathan (Madison) Flory with baby on the way; Joshua (Karmen) Smith, Jocelin Smith, Deirdre Ramsey, and Bre Flory. He will also be missed by Kensworth the cat; uncle Bud & aunt Linda Focht, uncle Ronnie Looker; and a host of many cousins, family members and friends.
He is also survived by brothers, Robert C. (Peggy) Warnick, and William “Bill” Warnick; father and mother-in-law, Gerald and Mary Lou Looker; his son-in-law’s parents, Lonnie Ray Sr. and Alvira Tyler; nephews and nieces, Jay (Samantha) Hartings, Cody (Katrina) Hartings and son Bryson; Corey (Becca and daughter Kylie), Calvin Warnick, and Cole Warnick; Nicole Hartings, Heather (Peto) Garnica, Jennifer Cannery, Anna (Eli) Coomer and their daughters, Serenity and Stella.
Nathan Graduated from Valley View High School/MVJVS as an agricultural Mechanic and was a professional flatbed truck driver for 15 plus years. Some of his jobs included Calvary Cemetery, Roehl Transportation of Wisconsin, and lastly Deceuninck. Growing up Nathan and his family were members of Liberty United Methodist Church.
Nathan enjoyed hunting, fishing, his boat and his riding lawn mowers. He also liked his O-gauge model trains, making his fishing jigs, and traveling with Kelsie and her ARBA rabbits. Jacki would find campsites, gardening, and small animal 4H projects for Nathan to help teach the grandkids along with her and Kelsie. Nathan will miss talking with his fellow trucker friends old and new.
Celebration of Life/Memorial and Gathering will be on Sunday March 17, 2024 at 2pm at the Farmersville/Jackson Twp Community Center 14440 Farmersville Gratis Rd. Farmersville, Ohio 45325.
