Noel H. Landis, a beloved husband, father, and grandfather, passed away on November 22, 2025, in Dayton, Ohio. Noel was born on December 8, 1939, in New Lebanon, Ohio.

He had a distinguished career, retiring from AT&T (formerly Ohio Bell). His dedication to education and community was evident when he served as the president of the New Lebanon School Board. Additionally, he worked at Kramer Auctions, showing his versatility and commitment to serving others.

Noel was a founding member of the Dixie Pathfinders Camping Club. His passion for woodworking and sports reflected the joy he found in creativity and community. He loved attending his grandchildren's sporting events, where he cheered them on with pride. Known as a Jack of all trades, Noel embraced life with enthusiasm, always eager to lend a helping hand or share a bit of wisdom.

He is survived by his loving wife, Donna Landis; children, Lorie (Dan) Copeland, Scott (Kara) Landis, and Rob (Leslie) Landis; stepchildren, Jamie (Josh) Lansdale and Nicholas (Kristen) Cail; grandchildren, Amanda (Corey), Aaron, Luke (Katie), Elizabeth Clay (Jalen), Mallory, Gabrielle, Sarah, Addison, Harper, Ashlyn, and Haidyn; and five great-grandchildren; a large extended family and many friends.

Noel was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Myrtle (Bitner) Landis; brothers Carl, Darrel, and Kenneth; sisters Catherine Wallace, Juanita Winkler, and Marlene Cunningham; and his grandson, Michael Paul Woodworth.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, followed by a funeral service at 1:00 PM at Rogers Funeral Homes located at 324 W Main St, New Lebanon, OH 45345. Burial will follow at Eversole Cemetery.
