Pastor Roney D. Miller

Pastor Miller, Roney D. 81, of Dayton, passed away on Thursday, August 5, 2021 at Miami Valley Hospital. He was born on September 23, 1939 in Greenville to Vivian (Davis) and Cleo Miller. Roney was a pastor of Daytonview Church of the Nazarene for 30 years. He was preceded in death by his parents; and his grandson, Cody. Roney is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Marilyn Miller; son, Mark Miller; daughter, Becky (Bob) Delair; grandchildren, Jonathan, Ian, and Tyler; brother, Larry (Mary) Miller; nieces and nephews, David, Liz, and Alice. Visitation for Pastor Roney will be held on Thursday, August 12, 2021 at the New Lebanon Church of the Nazarene 176 North Johnsville Brookville Road, from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. with the funeral service to be held at 12 p.m. Interment to follow at Arlington Cemetery in Brookville. In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to The Gideons International.
