Patricia J. "Pat" Izor

IZOR, Patricia J. “Pat” Age 86 of Farmersville, passed away Wednesday, July 11, 2018. She was born in Germantown, Ohio on December 14, 1931 to her parents Earl & Elsie (Stull) Shock who preceded her in death along with husband, Raymond Leroy Izor; brother, Larry Shock; and son, Tony Izor. Pat is survived by her 3 sons, Rick, Mark, and Doug Izor; daughter-in-law, Teresa Izor; grandchildren, Todd Izor and Tracy Shock; 4 great grandchildren; and numerous other extended family and friends. Pat enjoyed flowers, camping and the outdoors. She will be dearly missed. Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 19, 2018 from 5-7 PM at Rogers’ Funeral Home in New Lebanon. Graveside service will be held 10:00 AM Friday, July 20th at Holp Cemetery in Farmersville. Special thanks to the staff at Genesis Healthcare for their care and support over the years for Pat.
