Patsy A. "Pat" Shanefelt

SHANEFELT, Patsy A. “Pat” Age 77 of New Lebanon, Ohio passed away peacefully at her home on Saturday, September 5, 2015. Pat was born on February 10, 1938 to her parents, Edward F. & Martha J. (Perry) Snell in Germantown, Ohio. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil Shanefelt; 5 brothers, Paul, Bobby, and Joe Perry, Arthur Evans, and Vernon Lewis; and 1 sister, Mary Evans. Pat is survived by her daughter and husband, Cecilia & Kenneth Stewart; son and wife, Will & Penny Holland; brothers, Herb Perry, Freddy Perry, and Willis Lewis; sisters, Florine Hager, and Gladys Grimme; 6 grandchildren, Tony, Tim, Chris, Josh, Kristin, and Taylor; 7 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. Pat was a longtime member of St. Augustine Catholic Church in Germantown, where she served on the bereavement committee. She was a member of St. Vincent DePaul and retired from Central Printing after many years a service. She was also a Foster Mother to several children. Visitation will be held from 5-8 PM Tuesday, September 8th at Rogers’ Funeral Home, 324 West Main St, New Lebanon, Ohio 45345.Vigil service will begin at 7:45 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, September 9th at St. Augustine Catholic Church, 6839 Weaver Rd, Germantown, Ohio 45327. Burial will follow at Trissel Cemetery.
