Paul was born on May 22, 1946, in Masonville, New Jersey, to Storia and Annie Brown. He will be profoundly missed by his family and friends who were touched by his life and faith.
A dedicated and hardworking individual, Paul retired from the City of Trotwood after 24 years of service. Paul was a current member of the Salem Church of God, where he was an active participant on the security team. His unwavering belief in Jesus was a guiding force in his life and served as an example to those around him.
Paul cherished his family. He is survived by his loving wife of 16 years, Cheri (White) Brown, and his children: daughter Ann (Steve) O'Neill, son Lonnie (Candace) Solis, daughter Paula Burnett, and stepsons Andrew (Casey) White and Nathan White. Paul adored his 13 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren, and he delighted in helping and supporting them, demonstrating a love and dedication that will resonate through generations.

However, he is preceded in death by his parents Storia and Annie Brown, his brother Storia, sister Barbara, an infant son, Paul Brown Jr., two grandsons, one great-grandson, and the mother of his children, Joyce Milby Brown.
Paul enjoyed simple pleasures in life, including watching television shows like Blue Bloods and NCIS, as he once harbored dreams of becoming a police officer. He enjoyed tinkering with cars and working with wood in the garage. His warmth, kindness, and genuine nature have left an indelible mark on all who knew him.
